    The gateway is unclickable in my checkout (i.e. can’t add credit card info to complete at checkout. I even tried uninstalling and reinstalling the plugin.

    And sometimes the message says “currently unavailable. Please try a different payment method.

    Thanks for writing to us about our plugin! I apologize for the delay in getting back to you. I’m sorry to hear that the plugin isn’t working as expected. I am happy to help out here. ??

    I suspect that there may be an issue with the Braintree account configuration. As a next step, would you please head to WooCommerce > Settings > Payments > Braintree (PayPal) and set the “Debug Mode” setting to “Save to Log”?

    This will tell our plugin to start logging requests on your server and any script error messages in the browser’s console. As such, please let me know once you have this in place so I can take another look at your site and check the browser’s console for any error messages.
