The general conditions of sale checkbox does not appear

    Hello,

    I need the checkbox for my customers to check it and accept the general conditions of sale. I have entered a general conditions of sale page (this is not yet complete). Can you tell me why the checkbox does not appear on my site (on the order validation page) while the phrase “By continuing to shop, you accept our Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy” appears please ?

    I need this to not be checked (that the customer checks it themselves) and that an error message appears if they validate the payment without checking it.

    As I understand you are using the Checkout Block, correct?

    If this is the case, to add the check box you can follow the steps below:

    • Go to Pages → Click on the Checkout page to edit it
    • You can click on the icon with three horizontal lines on the top left, this will show the list view, so you can select the block there.
    • Open the tabs there until you see the Terms and Conditions block and click on it
    • If the right sidebar is not showing, please click on the settings icon on the top right.
    • Under Display options, make sure the require checkbox option is enabled
    • Save the changes
