    Hello,
    I’m sure that I used the correct API keys on the Credentials fields from FedEx. I’m using Production Keys and REST API Type. However, your plugin says my credentials are not valid. Can you please let me why this happens?

    1. Double-check your FedEx API credentials to ensure they are correct. Make sure there are no extra spaces before or after the credentials or any additional characters.
    2. If you are certain that the credentials are correct, try clearing your browser cache and cookies, then attempt to enter the credentials again.
    3. Verify that your server time is correctly set, as this can sometimes cause issues with API authentication.

    If you’ve gone through these steps and the issue persists, it may be necessary to contact FedEx to ensure there are no issues with your FedEx account that could be affecting the API connection.
