The Hijri Calendar is about 10 to 11 days off

Dear Sir,
One of our website visitor pointed out yesterday that the Hijri Calendar was wrong, I looked at it on our website (https://www.isgh.org/) today January 6, 2015 and noticed that for Hijri Calendar it says “Rabi Al-Awaal 5, 1435”Is there an update that we are unaware of, or are there changes we can make to improve the accuracy?
