The home page does not load in order, the Z-index property does not work

Are you by any chance using a third-party plugin for the slides?
Try disabling the slides plugin, to see if there are any issues with our z-index option.

I have deactivated the plugin that I use for the main slider but still the section does not load, the widget of the initial slider is Carousel of Siteorigin, I read the documentation about z-index and followed the steps, place the highest number to the slider To load first and it didn’t work, put the lower numbers in order and the slider a high number and it didn’t work either.
I would appreciate if you could help me find a solution, it could be through some code that I could add to the custom options of elementor or a function
