When I activate woocommerce on this test site and log out, the homepage simply disappears, with only “Pardon our dust! We’re working on something amazing — check back soon!”. However, when I log in the page appears normally. This problem only occurs when I activate the woocommerce plugin, when I deactivate it the home page appears normal whether I am logged in or logged out

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

When i log on wp admin, the homepage shows up normally

But when i log out it appears like this

This problem only occurs when i activate the woocommerce plugin. I deactivated all plugins except woocommerce and the problem still ocurring. When i deactivated only woocommerce and activated all other plugins, the problem does not occur.

Hello @gust4v023 It appears you’re using that as either a maintenance page right now or in the settings under Settings > Reading you have set that other page and not the page that has your likeness on it. You would go and change that to a “Static Page” and select whichever page you want to be your homepage. The area looks like this.

I already done that, but the problem was fixed on woocommerce -> settings -> site visibility. I just dont get it why that was disabled by default

Hello @gust4v023 , to resolve the issue, simply navigate to WooCommerce settings, click on the tab ‘Site Visibility’, there u will see two options; ‘coming soon’ & ‘live’.
I guess from here, u already know what to do.
    Good luck

    Thanks for understanding!

I have the utmost respect for the capabilities of the WooCommerce team, but this functionality as it was recently released is not okay.

The provider Hostinger offers its own “Maintenance Mode + Bypass Link tool (where you can reset as many times as necessary)” and, absurdly, WooCommerce’s “Site Visibility” feature makes Hostinger’s excellent tool inoperative.

I believe it is correct that the “Site Visibility” functionality has a button or similar where users can initially set it to enabled mode and only then perform the optional configurations between “Live” and “Coming Soon”, and if users want to continue using their chosen tools to have their own “Maintenance Mode” pages, they can completely disable this functionality.

It is urgent for the WooCommerce team to resolve this issue and allow “Site Visibility” to be completely disabled, please.

    Hi @newpr2024,

I apologize for any inconvenience caused by the recent changes to the “Site Visibility” functionality. We understand that the current setup is interfering with Hostinger’s “Maintenance Mode + Bypass Link” tool and we certainly want to ensure all tools work harmoniously with WooCommerce.

We aim to provide the best possible user experience and your feedback is crucial in helping us achieve that. With that said, I’d recommend opening a feature request here.
