    Thank you for your reply.

I tried to clear the cache and change the .htaccess file, but there was no change.

The browser uses Firefox Quantum 68.0.2 64-bit.

@leoraphael I’m not sure how we can help you, as we need more details from you. Maybe you can add the widget on your website so we can check if we see the same problem or not?

You can also contact us using the contact form from our website: https://www.wpzoom.com/contact

    Thank you for your reply.

I tried the same setting using Google Chrome, but when I tried to add an icon, the same phenomenon occurred and the icon could not be identified.

If you install a widget, you can enter it by entering a URL for random additions other than the default three icons, but you can’t know what icons there are, so you can only try one by one.

    Hello.

I’ll let you know because the cause was found after trying it.

In order to support AMP, a plug-in called AMP WP – Google AMP For WordPress is included.

    https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/amp-wp/

When this plug-in is stopped, the icon is displayed normally and it is now possible to make settings.

I do not know where the conflict occurred, but if you put the AMP WP plug-in and activate it, the icon will not be displayed normally, so I would like to share information .

Now that the cause has been found and the settings can be made normally, I would like to resolve it.

Thank you very much for your continued support!

@leoraphael Thanks for letting us know about this problem! You’re right, that plugin is causing it.

We’ll try to change some things in our plugin and maybe fix this problem in the next updates.
