    Hi @nadimia

Do you have a public link we could check to view the problem? Perhaps a test page?

    Thanks

Thanks for the info. If you view your site in the browser developer tool and click over to the console you’ll find a series of 404 errors. They affect the theme’s icons and our plugin icons. Here is one:

Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 404 (Not Found)
https://gecaandalucia.org/wp-content/plugins/so-widgets-bundle/icons/genericons/font/genericons.ttf?map0iz Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 404 (Not Found)

Please, chat to your hosting company. It’s most likely the cache busting query ?map0iz that is causing the issue. Please, ask them if they can remove the restriction on these files that are currently throwing a 404.

    Hello!

Thank you very much for the info!

Finally the solution has been to reinstall WordPress and icons become visible correctly. The problem was not the plugin because I uninstalled it and the same thing was happening. Also in the desktop WordPress not appear some WordPress own icons.

Now everything works correctly with the plugins and template I initially installed.

    Greetings!
