Dear PopUp Builder Support Team,

The image does not scale on the mobile version.

I have created a 900x600px picture. On the mobile version, it covers the entire window and you can’t even turn it off – frame. Something is not right here.
In PopUp Builder I have now marked [Hide on mobile devices: ON] because otherwise you cannot view the page.
Please help. Either let the image scale to “normal” sizes so that it can be seen in its entirety on the mobile version and may turn it off – “close icon”, or let’s do the function that for the mobile version you can upload another image – and it would make sense.

PS: On priv I can send data to the panel. Please give me an email.

Dear Support Team,
I wrote to you yesterday through contact formular on site – sygnoos.com, giving all access the data to my site (CMS/FTP). Maybe check spam / and I’m waiting for information.
