The image is being compressed, but it displays the original image

  • Im not using S3, but i have the exact same issue. The media page will say, at the bottom:

    Original Image: 2213.78KB

    Webp: 477.44KB

    Save:?78.43%

    Yet it will say JPG in the top, and it will display JPG in the frontend.

    Also, if i use “Bulk optimize” it will just say “No images found”.
