The image was not GENERATED!!

  • I’m now getting an error – The image was not GENERATED!! When I try and regenerate the thumbs, It was working and now with the last few updates its stopped generating thumbs. Any ideas? I now have no thubnmails at all.

    It seems to partially work when I choose the “Use imageMagick with exec function” instead of “Use imagick PHP Extension” but it times out so I can’t generate all the thumbs, How do I stop it timing out?

    Please ignore the above – It timed out because of cloudflare however the plugin does not work when uploading a pdf but It does work when I click regenerate and replace images of all pdf’s. I think I will download an old version of the plugin because that worked

    I knew I wasn’t crazy – I just downloaded 1.4.6 and it works perfectly

    Sorry for replying after a long time.

    I uploaded ver 1.5.0 and fixed some regenerating problems.

    FYI, I’m experiencing the same problem. I installed the latest version 1.5 and uploaded a PDF, and it generated the thumbnail; however, when I tried uploading another PDF it didn’t generate the thumbnail, and every time I went into the PDF Image Generator settings to regenerate thumbnails to all PDFs that had none, it wouldn’t generate for my PDF’s attachment ID. I downgraded to version 1.4.6 as suggested by @groggy72 and it worked.
