The images in the member list page is different from the individual member page

This is really strange, first it was conflict with this plugin Super Socializer. Enable social avatar…once unchecked, problem solved.

But then, it happened again that the individual member page is still displaying the old images while the member list page is displaying the new images after successful update.

I had cleared my browser cache and Purge Cache on Cloudflare.

Any suggestion where should i look into…
