i’m unable to find any of form i can explain the error occurring.

@azhar1437 Could you please confirm the plugin version you’re using? We’ve had the critical error reported prior to releasing 4.16. The 4.16 version had fixed this, and the current latest version is 4.17.1.

my plugin version is 4.17.1

For users visiting this thread, the problem turned out to be the missing mbstring library.

After this was installed, the problem was fixed.
