• Hi there, after working/searching this out all day yesterday – I realized it seems to be a giant worldwide issue – but just hoping someone can give me the REAL and Easy fix! Nothing works on my end… The weird thing is that I have the Printful app working perfectly – it brings up shipping options and there isn’t any issue at all. It’s only when selecting the 1 item I’ve made in Printaura that the shipping options do not come up and I get that error no matter what I do. I’ve tried creating shipping zones, enabling this – enabling that – just don’t know what’s going on! Any help would be so appreciated! Thanks!
    Obeythenurse.com/shop (and the apron, 2nd item in, is the product with the issue. The others all work fine.)

    Have you also added shipping methods to the zones you created? Even when using Flat Rate Shipping?

    Also, what are you seeing when enabling shipping debug under WooCommerce > System Status > Tools?

    Thanks – well flat rate is the shipping method for the domestic zone I created. And I did have the debug enabled through all of this… Is there a reason it works perfectly for all of my ‘printful’ products and doesn’t work properly for the one ‘printaura’ product I have?

    Again the shop is obeythenurse.com/shop and you’ll see the shipping works beautifully for all products Except the apron…which is the only ‘printaura’ product in the store.. I figured the shipping display would work the same for all products..?
