    Hello,

    The Instagram feed doesn’t update anymore.

    I have this message : “The Instagram API responded with an error: Error #0 [Unknown]: Client error: GET https://graph.instagram.com/9130905550312951/media?access_token=69J29nQINVAut5shnW+7Pnamb+DGHgd4Pwf+Ry/u3BVecGvfGtPD/PrrXUZjAkRz/NSrvUgM45ZAjmnn78YhBbctj8uv02/dDHJ2PloBktwWAimpkP2rHVtWB4iPE91CwWdwbOGdL1u2soimeTAxIWfgYPCjba1jkU0weZxfXt5C0q/QkACTVpLxDQ84p/2w4g0PyMJ+VuUgo9w6H2O5jw%3D%3D&fields=id,username,timestamp,caption,media_type,media_url,permalink,children%7Bid,%20media_url,%20media_type,%20permalink,%20thumbnail_url%7D,thumbnail_url&limit=50 resulted in a 400 Bad Request response: Sorry, this content isn’t available right now”

    I checked :

    • the cron : it is ok
    • the access token : it is available until December 2th
    • the “Future Off-Facebook Activity” option is ok

    Hi @cisen

    I noticed that the access token shown in the error message is incorrect, which indicates that the account is not connected properly. Access tokens should starts with “IG” (for personal accounts) or “EA” (for business accounts. Your access token starts with “69”.

    To fix the issue, I’d suggest to reconnect your Instagram account as explained?here.

    Please let me know how that goes. Looking forward to helping you get to the bottom of this.

    Hi Hendra,

    Thanks for your request. I am going to ask for my client to reconnect his account. But, he did it two months ago.

    When I checked the access token, It is written it is avalaible until December 2nd.

    So I don’t undertand why you need to reconnect several times in a very short time.

    Hi Hendra,

    It was solved after reconnecting.

    I juste hope my client won’t be must reconnect in one month. Normally, I saw it is recommended to reconnect all three months.

    I will saw that.

    Hello – I’m having the same issue. I migrated the site to a new server, so figured this might be the issue. However, I was able to reconnect the IG account, so not sure why it is not showing. The error I get on backend is:

    thank you! Turned out that the IG account had issues, but all fixed now!
