    Hello,

    I am using your plugin on a client site to show their instagram feed. For some reason, new posts on their instagram weren’t displayed to their site’s feed. I cleared the cache via your plugin, and now the feed is empty (makes sense) but nothing is displayed at all. I seems as if from a certain moment, Spotlight cannot load new instagram posts anymore. Below is the error I got:


    The Instagram API responded with an error: Error #0 [Unknown]: Client error:GET (website url) resulted in a 400 Bad Request response:
    Sorry, this content isn’t available right now`

    Could you hel me how to solve this?

    Hi @jipasveld, thank you for using Spotlight!

    Has this issue persisted over the weekend?

    If so, please try to use the “Update posts” action as shown here.

    Should that work, the issue may be that the cron job that triggers the feed updates isn’t working for some reason. We’ve written more about this issue here.

    If that doesn’t fix the issue, please let me know and we’ll investigate further.

    Hello Mark,

    The issue is still there. Unfortunately, clicking the “Update posts” does not work: that actually displays the error that I shared in my previous post. Here you can see an image with the error.

    Here you can see the spotlight-related (at least with spotlight in the name) cron-jobs.

    @jipasveld thanks for the screenshots. Would you mind reaching out to support [at] spotlightwp [dot] com so we can take a closer look, please?

    We may need to take a closer look at your site to see what’s causing this error to happen over and over. Since this is a public forum, you may prefer to share certain details with us in private.

    We will then update this thread once we find the solution.

    Yes, I reached out, got a respons they were working on it, but the issue still is not fixed. Nothing shows up in the feed and I still get the same error.
