“‘The IP Address provided is invalid”

    Hi team,

    Great extension.

    Customer got the following error and I’m trying to work out how to fix:

    Paypal Credit Card Payment Failed with message: ‘The IP Address provided is invalid.’

    Hi,

    Paypal Credit Card Payment Failed with message: ‘The IP Address provided is invalid.’

    Is this the first time you receive this error message? If others have made purchases without this error, then I suspect that it might be related to the customers IP address.

    I just got this error again, why is it even checking ip address against an ip address in the database? Anyone should be able to pay for an order… how to fix?

    We are having this same issue. Here is the exact error:

    PayPal Pro payment failed (Correlation ID: ###########). Payment was rejected due to an error: (10747) “The IP Address provided is invalid.” Order status changed from Pending payment to Failed.

    Is there a fix for this?
