Hello, I’m getting the following error on the site via the top of the dashboard:

The ITSEC_DISABLE_MODULES define is set. All iThemes Security protections are disabled. Please make the necessary settings changes and remove the define as quickly as possible.”

How do I make corrections? I’m wondering if it’s through the wp-config file—but I recently had a problem signing into the site and it took days for me to access the site. I’m wondering if the support group modified the wp-config.

    Thank you!

    Hi there,

I hope the information by nlpro helped. Tracking notifications on this forum can become tricky over time, and since we haven’t received a response, I’ll mark this post resolved.

If you still require further assistance, feel free to open a new support topic, and we’d be happy to assist.

    Thank you!
