The Jetpack server was unable to communicate with your site

I am using jetpack from a long time and it works very well. But recently photos stop showing on my site so i uninstall jetpack then every thing goes fine. But when i try reinstalling the jetpack it give that error:

Error Details: The Jetpack server was unable to communicate with your site https://bollywoodmovies2016.in [HTTP 403]. Ask your web host if they allow connections from WordPress.com. If you need further assistance, contact Jetpack Support: https://jetpack.com/support/

There is not security plugin install on my site. also https://bollywoodmovies2016.in/xmlrpc.php showing “XML-RPC server accepts POST requests only.” So what the problem here…
