The Job Application Form not appear

Hello,
I installed the plugin according to the instructions, and created a new job. But it only allows me to submit via email address.
According to the documentation I see that I should have the option in the settings to set up a submission form, but I do not have such an option in the settings.

I think that everything is set up correctly.
