Are you using any translation plugin? It looks like the strings are not translated or they are empty in the translation file.

Yes , Loco translate is my translation plugin. But if I look in Loco translate > plugin> ultimate member> I can’t find anything
But I can’t find any strings to translate when I search the label of the input, nothing appears…

In fact we don’t need to translate the place holder are in French.

Furthermore, i deactivate loco translate and the place holder don’t appear either.

In my opinion it doesn’t come from loco translate

What’s your site language set in the WP Admin > Settings > General? Does the placeholder appear when you change it to the English language?
