• The last update crashed my site and I am getting this error:

    “There has been a critical error on this website”

    I need a fix asap!

    Critical errors are definitely no good!

    I understand that this error started popping up after you updated to the last version of WooCommerce Payments. While I can help you dig into the fatal error here, I recommend that you reach out to us at WooCommerce.com > My Account > Support to help you get this sorted. You may need to create an account before you can access that page.

    . To help expedite your request, please include:

    1. Your site’s current system status report. You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”.
    2. The most recent fatal-error log found at WooCommerce > Status > Logs. In the top right corner, open the drop-down and select the fatal-error log that you need, then click view to load it. Here’s what that looks like: https://d.pr/i/tCljQd
