Critical errors are definitely no good!
I understand that this error started popping up after you updated to the last version of WooCommerce Payments. While I can help you dig into the fatal error here, I recommend that you reach out to us at WooCommerce.com > My Account > Support to help you get this sorted. You may need to create an account before you can access that page.

- Your site’s current system status report. You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”.
- The most recent
fatal-error
log found at WooCommerce > Status > Logs. In the top right corner, open the drop-down and select the fatal-error
log that you need, then click view
