The "Last Updated" date of my plugin doesn't change

Please help me. I updated another plugin and encountered the same problem – the “Last Updated” date of the plugin didn’t change.

tis a bummer too since you can’t get listed on the “Recent Plugin Updates” list which is great for new downloads
