    The latest update to ver. 7.3.8 no longer works for me. The Plugin “sees” my library and also allows you to select the collection and tags, but when I recall it, it shows an eternal gear that turns and turns without showing anything. I even tried a downgrade, but apparently that doesn’t work either.

    My server memory settings are very high, and I don’t think that’s the problem here.

    What could have happened? I love this plugin and it has never given me any problems before.

    Solved by myself!

    The problem was caused by the name of citation style, which I had indicated incorrectly: furthermore, the name of the style is case sensitive (I had capitalized it).
    Therefore it is mandatory to ensure the exact name of the chosen citation style and use “exactly” the name indicated by Zotero, as is: check here → https://www.zotero.org/styles/.
    As I repeat, simply capitalizing the style name means not using the plugin.

    Oh wow! I was wondering what it could be when downgrading didn’t work. Yes, it can be picky like that. Thanks for sharing the issue and the fix.
