Hi! Thanks for the report. I don’t personally use Android devices, but I just tested on a range of Android devices via browserstack.com and the lightbox seems to be working there. Of course, that’s not the same as the real thing, which we’ll test shortly.

UPDATE: Actually, I am able to duplicate on your site but not another, so there may be a specific setting or conflict or something like that occurring. I’ll keep looking.

    Just to clarify some details:
    – Can you tell me which android device and which browser you are using?
    – When you say ‘does not work’ does that mean the images do not open in the lightbox, or something else? Any details you can give on symptoms would be helpful.

    Thanks!

Actually, when I test on your site, even on a normal (not mobile/android) web browser, some of the images open in the lightbox and some do not. I’m wondering if you can test and confirm.

Example: On your home page, if you scroll down to the gallery, try clicking the 2nd image on the first row, and the 1st / 3rd images on the second row. Those work. Others do not.

Is it possible that’s what you’re seeing? If so, can you try checking that the proper settings / fancybox attributes are in place for those images?

Thanks for the reply and sorry for the incomplete information.
Photos open as a separate page without the possibility of scrolling.
I used different browsers – for example, Google Chrome.
Android is also different – for example, Android 9. It works on the old ones (Android 6).

    Standart gallery

    [gallery columns="5" link="file" ids="208,218,217,216,213,212,209,210,211,291" orderby="rand"]

YES – 2nd image on the first row, and the 1st / 3rd images on the second row. Those work. Others do not.

To confirm, is that true for you even on Android? If so, the issue isn’t Android, but just figuring out what’s not configured quite right on those images that are not working…

There were no such oddities on other sites. The gallery didn’t work only on Android

Hey I think I know the issue. Some of your images are .jpg, and some are .jpeg. And the plugin isn’t including .jpeg in the list of file extensions to detect.

Can you please update to the latest version again, and then go to the Easy FancyBox options screen and try updating this field to include jpeg please? https://d.pr/i/xuhDZY

I posted and then edited my response above, but to be sure you see it, can you please update to the latest version again, and then go to the Easy FancyBox options screen (on Settings > Media) and try updating this field to include .jpeg please??https://d.pr/i/xuhDZY

It working for me now on your site for all devices! The issue I saw earlier is resolved. So that’s good and progress.

If you are not seeing the fix, I wonder if it may be related to caching. In essence, the old version of the fancybox js, with the old values for which files to detect, is still being loaded on your phone.

    To confirm, you could try:
    * testing on another browser (Firefox, etc) on your phone
    * testing on a different Android device (tablet or friend/family phone)
    * clearing the cached files from your browser on your android device… You can do this by going to Menu > Settings > Privacy & Security in your bowser. Further instructions here (scroll down to section about clearing cache for chrome): https://www.zdnet.com/article/how-to-clear-the-cache-on-your-android-phone-or-tablet-and-why-you-should/. You don’t need to clear everything, just cached files so we can be sure you’re getting the latest JavaScript file with the updated values including jpeg.
    * waiting… eventually the cache will clear/update on your phone too

Alas, I cleaned the cache, opened it in another browser – the problem remained.
