the latest wordpress update just crash my blog after i finished updating

I too received a 404 error when trying to install WordPress 3.4.2, and now I can’t get back into the administration panel. Can someone provide a simple answer for a non-technical person?

i have 2 different site on same hosting and same plugin not working for only one of them. when i activate it says: requires the ionCube PHP Loader ioncube_loader_lin_5.2.so
