Hi there,
We’ll see if we can help. Do you mean that subscribers are not receiving a confirmation email? Can you check your MailChimp lists and see if they are being added there? Get back to us with details and we will see what we can do.

Jeremy Hoffman
Support Engineer,
Fatcat AppsYes, people have not been confirmed!can see for yourself, you do not have an. https://hyipgang.org/
And why is it from your plugin does not import subscribers mailchimp and I introduced the key in the pluginHi there,
Ok, I took a look, and I’m not receiving a confirmation email either. I’ll want to collect some more details to help determine what’s wrong.
1. Can you please let me know if see my unconfirmed email ([email protected]) in your mailchimp lists?
2. When setting up your optin forms, and inputting your MailChimp API are you getting a red X, or a green check?
3. Can you select your MailChimp lists in Optin Cat? (You should only be able to if you’re getting the checkmark).
4. Can you please use the ‘display immediately’ thank you option on your forms, as it will provide us more data as to what is happening with your subscribers.Get back to me and let me know when I can take a look at your forms with the display immediately option on, and we’ll try and figure this out.

Support Engineer,
Fatcat Apps1) I do not see

4)Then I realized that to me…Hello there,
Thank you for that. That helps. It’s defintly strange that you appear to be connecting fine, but no confirmations are being sent. Please double check that they are setup correctly in MailChimps side of things.
And regarding number 4: I want you to change the ‘thank you’ settings for your Optin Cat form to ‘display immediately’. Here are some detailed instructions:
https://fatcatapps.com/optincat/docs/advanced-features/ajax-thank-you/
Once you make that change, I will want to inspect your forms again, as that setting will make it easier to see what is happening to your subscribers information.

Support Engineer,
Fatcat AppsI did everything
Well, that will help me? solve the problem?
Hello,
This doesn’t seem to be an issue we’ve received any other reports of or have been able to reproduce. So it’s probably something specific to your setup. We are more than happy to help you isolate the cause of the issue so we can get you up and running. We need to investigate more to find the cause.
If the ‘Display Immediately’ thank you feature is enabled, it will provide more accurate err messages, and details in the console, then the ‘Redirect’ thank you option. The option to redirect to a thank you page will work regardless of a successful subscription. Using ‘Display Immediately’ will help us investigate the issue in more detail.
I went to https://hyipgang.org/ and used the form contained in yor sidebar. It still is using the ‘Redirect” option, please switch it to the ‘Display Immediately’, and let us know where we can inspect a form of yours using that setting.

I switched on “display immediately”
hello fatcat. you help me solve the problem?
Hello again,
Sorry got the slow reply, but thanks for changing that. I was able to inspect the issue and get a lot more info with that active.
So it looks like interference is being caused by another plugin, or you theme, as far as I can tell. Here are some instructions to help isolate which it could be:
1. First, temporarily revert to a default WP theme (like ‘Twenty Sixteen’) and see if the issue persists. If it does NOT, then the theme is the cause.
2. If so, then we’d like you to deactivate all plugins except Easy Pricing Table, and see if you symptoms vary. If they do NOT, then your theme or plugins are NOT affecting the issue.
3. If your symptoms change at all after deactivating plugins, then we need to figure out which is the cause. Reactivate your plugins one at a time, checking to see if the issue returns as it was after each.
Feel free to put your site back as it was and let us know your results. We may be able to do more once we can verify if this is a conflict or not.

Support Engineer,
Fatcat AppsI don’t have anything you have told me nothing helped! I can customize Mailchimp not correct? something not done? If, however, the problem MailChimp, you could tell me how to install it&?
you are lost :(( help me to the end, please
Hello there,
I hope you’re subscribed to this. I don’t know how I lost track of this thread apologies.
We’d still like to help. I’ll try and reiterate the above steps. They were not meant to ‘Solve’ the issue, but to ‘Isolate’ it.
Other software may be causing interference and we need you to rule that possibility out before we can proceed. You need to test all of your plugins and your theme one at a time, by disabling and reenabling them all, and then testing between each to see if the issue is resolved.
If things begin working while a specific plugin or theme has been disabled we will know it is the source of the conflict. Once we know the source we can look more into possible solutions. Until we know for sure that this is not a conflict we can’t do more.
Again here are the steps to search for conflicts:
First deactivate all plugins except ours, and test ours out. IF the issue is resolved you have a plugin conflict.
If you have a plugin conflict, you need to re-enable your plugins, one at a time. Test our plugin after every one to see of the issue returns. When the issue returns you have found the source of the conflict. Please tell us what is.
If you do not find a conflict among your plugins, check your theme. Install and activate WordPress ‘Twenty Sixteen’ theme, and test our plugin. IF the plugin is working you have a theme conflict.
If you find a conflict please tell us what software is causing the conflict so we can investigate this issue further.
If you disable all your plugins and switch themes, and the issue persists, then it’s not a conflict, and we’ll see what else it could be. We cannot resolve this issue until we know for certain whether or not a conflict is involved.
Here are some more resources and guides to help you understand this process:

Please get back to us with a detailed report of your findings, and we will do what we can. And again, apologies we lost track of this. Hope to hear back from you.
