the link "set featured image " is not working

this is odd. Did you install any plugin recently? or is your wordpress software up-to-date.

I try to create a posting insert a picture, but when trying to send the images are not loaded in the library. Wanted to know if it has to register with the function file “functions.php”?

what is the size of the picture? can you see that in your media library?

the library appears, but when I insert the post, I can not see in the dialogue window, this is only loading and will not appear.You know why?

Don’t click on featured image. Check media library from dashboard. can you see your latest uploaded image there?

Because if the size and dimensions are not suitable the images won’t load.

Otherwise I would have to login and check.

I am having the same problem all of a sudden. I’m using WP version 4.3.1. I can see all my uploaded images in the Media manager but the Set Featured Image link does not work. It brings up the page but it’s blank and the Set Featured Image button is greyed out.

Is there a solution?

Nevermind… it seems in my case the Infolinks plugin is causing the problem.

What plugins are installed on your website? A client of ours had this issue a while back – I can’t remember the name of the plugin off the top of my head but if you’re using the same one I’d be able to remember!

Hi Cody and thanks for your response but see my second message above.. the infolinks plugin was causing the problem for me but resolved now.

I had to disable it… set the featured image then enable it again
