    Hi, I’m experiencing an error when I attempt to switch to the user’s profile. This issue began a few weeks ago. Before that, it was functioning properly.

    I would say this is likely caused by a caching issue on your site. Can you try deactivating any cache related plugins and see if the issue goes away?
