The media page is broken. Can you resolved?

    Is this a default theme? Could you please try activating the plugin with the default WordPress theme? It appears that the issue might be related to the theme you are currently using.

    i change to Twenty Twenty-Four theme (default theme) it still broken.

    Could you please try it on a new, fresh test site? Also, if possible, please share the debug information from the site where you’re experiencing this issue. You can find it under your backend: rtMedia-> Support -> Debug Info.
