    The country is only for the merchant (not the buyer). Your buyers from all of the world can buy from you once you have setup everything correctly.

    Does your PayPal merchant account have the permission to use PayPal pro API? you need to verify that with PayPal support team. If your PayPal account doesn’t have access to the pro API, then the API calls will fail when this plugin tries to make the call using your API details.
