The message arrives, but without attachments

I just discovered Forminator. I am fascinated by the ease of use and the quality of the result. It’s a great job.
However, I encounter two problems. The first: the message arrives, but without the attachments. However, I noticed that in wp-content / uploads / forminator_temp are present the uploaded images in addition to the number of allowed attachments (I choose four, the form only admits three, I delete one of the four, it remains at wp-content / uploads / forminator_temp).
Maybe the problem is with the server and not with the plug-in.
The second problem: In the configuration of the email form, I configure as the address for the reply that of the sender ({email-1}). Yet she is not in the message. If I reply directly to the message, the recipient case remains empty.

Resolved. This was not a problem at Forminator.
Another plug-in, Mail Poet, has “auto-configured” itself after an update to send its own emails and all others from WordPress. Since Mail Poet does not allow attachments or multiple addresses, it was blocking some features of Forminator.
So, honorable amendment. Forminator works perfectly. I should have checked first, but maybe my experience will be useful to other users.
