The messages from the form do not arrive on the email-or arrive after long time

Hey I am having the same issue. Emails haven’t been coming in.
Been working fine until today. I also have SMTP setup on the server end.

So I seem to be having the issue with other forms as well not just Forminator. Are you by any chance using CloudFlare?

Have you tried setting up SMTP on your site as this is one of the first things to try, since this is what is actually handling your emails.
Forminator simply fires up inbuilt functionality for the email and then it’s handled by email sending service from there.

If the issue could be related to Cloudflare I would suggest enabling debug mode and see if they work fine after that.

You can also try installing a plugin like https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/wp-mail-logging/ to see if it will give you any info on what exactly is going on with the email queues.

Furthermore, the message on the email arrives empty, without the completed sections of the form.

Could you go to Forminator > Forms, click on gear icon next to your form and export it from there.
Upload the export file to any file sharing service like GDrive or Dropbox and share the download link here so we could have a look at your setup.

I followed your suggestion for the SMTP configuration, it works at the moment, thanks! To be safe, I will monitor the form for a couple of days.
