Since the last update yesterday (red display) counter no longer works or malfunctions:
3 visits reported this morning, so we had more than 20 according to other statistics tools and Google Analytic.
Also we can no longer move through the dates with the keyboard arrows.

Can you change the color back to blue :)?

    Hello @led69,

We’re on it! Please roll back to the previous version for the time being if you want new visitors to be counted correctly for the next few hours.

Regarding the colors – we’re working on it. In the previous version we were using colors from the selected color scheme in your user profile in WordPress admin, but we reverted that because of complexities and because there is now an option to have a public dashboard. That said, everyone on the blue color scheme seems to really miss it, so we’re working on getting that back.

Regarding moving through dates with the arrow keys, may I ask what browser (incl. version number if possible) you are using?

    Hello,

This should be fixed in Koko Analytics version 1.3.1, which we just released.

    Sorry for the hiccup!

    Yes it works thank you;
But navigation with keyboard arrows still doesn’t work.

    Hello @led69,

I was looking at that issue but sadly I (nor anyone I’ve asked) is able to replicate it. If you could answer these questions for me then I can get to the root cause of the issue.

    • Can you please share your browser + version with me?
    • Are you sure that the page has focus (just click anywhere, eg in the chart) and you’re not in the address bar, for example?
    • Does it work if you use the arrows in the datepicker dropdown in the top left corner?
    • Are there any error messages showing in your browser console?

    Thank you!

The latest version of Opera, but it was still working well this morning with the previous version of Koko.
It no longer works with version 13.
The arrows above don’t work either.
    No error message

Thank you. I just tested using Opera 104 on Linux, but still can not replicate the issue I am afraid.

If you could check your browser console for any error messages after clicking the arrow icons in the datepicker in the top-left corner then that would be really helpful.

You can open your browser console in Opera by pressing Ctrl + Shift + C or Ctrl + Shift + I and then clicking the “Console” tab.

I was finally able to replicate the issue. Turns out it was only occurring when viewing a single day of data.

Yes that’s it, I only display one day, but before it worked.

Will this be fixed in the next version?

    Hello @led69,

Most definitely! We’re pushing out a plugin update for this tomorrow morning (Central Europe time).
