    Hello:

I want to show in individual posts:

Publication date; also the modification date, with a text: “Last updated on:”. Is it possible with some code?

The theme does not allow both options at the same time.

    Thanks

    Hi @manuwp09!

    Thanks for choosing Neve!

Unfortunately this would involve a level of customization that we do not provide. However, an advantage on writing on a forum like this one is that other users from the community may be able to help you. Thank you for understanding!

    Have a nice day!

    Hey @manuwp09,

It’s possible to show the last updated date in the post metadata on the single post layout by enabling this option – https://vertis.d.pr/nzPupj.

Adding a text is not possible with the current options of the theme, however, it sounds like a good feature request.

    Best regards,
    Stefan

    Hello Stefan Cotitosu:

Thanks. I know the option suggested by you. But it does not show in the html the date of the first publication.
Google gives great importance to the first publication, as it is credited if an article is original or plagiarism.

    Best regards

    @manuwp09,

Actually, there are both published date and modification dates added to the post by default exactly for SEO purposes:
https://vertis.d.pr/xhvulo (just that the updated date is hidden by default with CSS).

But it gives Google information needed so your SEO results do not hurt because of it.

    I hope it helps!
