The Morning After theme question: default image padding

Hello!

I just imported my blog to https://retroheather.com from https://howtobeawoman.net & installed The Morning After WordPress theme. I’m loving it! (Using WordPress 2.7)

1) How do I change the default image padding?
The usual methods have not worked. Here is the style.css. Any help would be appreciated. So far no luck getting an answer at https://themasterplan.in/talk/ .

Also,
2) Any way to change the formatting of the block quote so it appears where placed other than over on the right hand side?
