The most comprehensive Gravity-Zoho CRM Sync solution

This plugin allows you to both create and update any field in any module on Zoho CRM with data from your Gravity forms. Not just Leads and Contacts like some other plugins. You can also choose your own ‘key’ to match the user submitting the form with the user in your CRM with any field you want, so you are not forced to include a Last Name field on each form when e.g updating data to an existing user, which is extremely useful. I mention this because it took me some searching to find a plugin that specifically does all this. After searching and testing the options for getting my form data into Zoho, this is the best one. Since you can you use the options available in 3rd party plugins available for Gravity forms, this gives you overall more a much flexible and powerful solution than using the Zoho CRM webforms, Zoho Forms, Zoho Creator or any of the other Gravity forms to Zoho CRM sync options. Support also helped me with some configuration mistakes I made, it’s all working out amazingly. This was the missing piece in the puzzle to get data flowing smoothly form my website to my CRM to my leads and customers.
