    In WooCommerce Services Status

    I got this error “The most recent rate request failed”. Here are the screenshot screenshot. How can I fix it?

    Hi there,

    Would you mind opening a support request for the WooCommerce Services plugin at its direct support channel? That’s available at https://www.ads-software.com/support/plugin/woocommerce-services

    When you do, please include the following as well:

    • The WooCommerce Services’ logs
    • The WooCommerce System Status report – as found under WooCommerce > Status

    The reason I’m asking is that forum thread is only geared towards support the default WooCommerce plugin.
