I would start by giving a huge shoutout to the developer/s of this very wonderful Responsive WordPress Theme. I feel like this was developed exclusively for blind people because of all of its available accessibility features.

I’ve been using this theme for years now and I haven’t tried any other theme since then.

Although it’s only recently that I started using the customizer inside the WP dashboard, so far I’ve been enjoying the experience and I got no issues whatsoever. Options are clearly labeled, and there are so many useful features as well! Did I forget to say it’s accessible?

What I like the most is its template files organization inside the folder. It is clear if I’m editing the header.php, or footer.php. But that statement is most true in version 3.xx. Come version 4.xx, I’ve had a hard time finding the code for main nav menu, for me to add some elements inside its containers.

The footer area now is flexible; I mean it resizes automatically depending on the number of elements inside it; and I like it that way.

I also like the way they put comments before and after the code block something like <!-- start of header --> and <!-- end of header -->.

Also in version 4.xx, there are now separate folders for entries, single etc. This confused me at first where to edit the front page and the page for posts.

I also wish to have options in the customizer to
    1. Toggle the permalink for meta elements
    2. Specific sections for ARIA elements and other landmarks options
    3. Ability for a user to modify the copyright section
    4. Have the theme put invisible heading tags for every menu by default
    5. Allow to remove the bullet symbol in the category widget

I am definitely recommending this Responsive Free Theme to all blind bloggers out there. If budget’s not an issue, I would definitely purchase the pro version.
