Good day. I was trying to verify the site ownership of my website. However, a message popped up and it says “The necessary verification token could not be found on your site. This may be related to your site using a page caching plugin. Please flush your home page cache and then try again.”. I tried to access again my website using incognito but still no luck. How do I resolve this?

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

  • Hi,

    Thanks for opening support ticket.

    1) Could you send your Site Health Information through this form so we can check your site set up for anything that could be involved?

    2) Please disable the cache plugins if still activated.

Use the Health Check & Troubleshooting plugin and enable its troubleshooting mode. This mode disables active plugins and switches to a default theme safely since it only affects the experience of the logged-in user.

    – Please enable the Site Kit plugin and let me know if the issue is present.
    – Enabling plugins and your theme one by one in this mode may help pinpoint if something else is involved.
    – Note you can disable troubleshooting mode from the plugins page.

    Best Regards,
