    every thing was fine with 3.4 version with my custom theme, after installing the 3.5 i get this error every time I use the new uploader, although I still see the new files being uploaded to the server but not showing in the media library section in the uploader.

    Note: when I switch to “twenty twelve” theme every thing go right, but I can’t figure out what is the problem with my theme with the new 3.5

    I figured out what is the problem after debuging my functions.php file.

    it was some html comments text mistakenly wasn’t contained inside <?php ?>
    tags.

    don’t know why 3.4 allowed this in the first place ??

    I have the same problem with this one. The notifications tells me that the image upload have encountered error. But I can still see the uploaded media right in the media gallery.

    Is there any way to solve this?
