    Hi guys,

    Right, I’ve been hanging on with dear life to the 2.0.11 version of this plugin, as in subsequent versions, the button codes were all mish-mashed and I was told that I now needed to create new forms for products.

    With the new SCA authentication though, I don’t reckon I’ll be able to hang on any longer and need to get my arse in gear and do the new forms.

    If I remember rightly, when I first started using Simple Pay Lite, there were videos on youtube that were great in getting me set up.

    Now though, there are no such videos – is there a hidden place that I don’t know about in getting this new SCA version set up?

    The setup of the new version of Lite is so easy, but again, much different than what you are used to. We don’t have any official external documentation for setting up the Lite version of the plugin or for updating forms from 2.0.x to 2.3.x so I’m not sure how helpful I can be.

    I guess my best advice would be (if you can) to spin up a local install or a subdomain or something similar, install 2.3 and give it a whirl. I hope you find that you like it – especially after hanging on so tightly to earlier versions!

    Hi Adam,

    Well at present, as previously discussed, I’m using the older version on https://ravenwebdesign.biz/payments-page/ where the chosen payment just needs to be clicked on, and a modal window pops up.

    I’ve heard in the future though, that even the modal windows will need to be replaced with a bog standard form page.

    I’ve got an old and unused website I can use for testing, but will the new version of ‘Lite’ still be able to use the pricing tables (as used in my website) by simply changing the shortcode, or do all payments now need to use full page forms instead of modal windows?

    In the lite version, all payments now need to use full-page forms.
