The new theme editor from 4.9 can’t save when CS is active

    Hello.

    Since updating wp to 4.9, we have a problem when we try to edit any php file with the new built in editor. The error message is:
    Unable to communicate back with site to check for fatal errors, so the PHP change was reverted. You will need to upload your PHP file change by some other means, such as by using SFTP.

    Using the Health Check plugin to check for problems it detected the following:
    The loopback request to your site took too long to complete, this may prevent WP_Cron from working, along with theme and plugin editors.

    Testing without any plugins works ok:
    Result from testing without any plugins active: The loopback request to your site completed successfully.

    … so we tested individual plugins:
    Testing custom-sidebars: The loopback request to your site took too long to complete, this may prevent WP_Cron from working, along with theme and plugin editors.

    Any thoughts on how could we fix that?

    We are using the 3.1.1 version of Custom Sidebars.
