The newest update went wrong!

Hello,

I manage the website at https://www.globaluniversityalliance.net/, and I updated the core wordpress to 4.6.1. Then I went to update the plugins that needed updating, but accidentally hit the back button while it was updating the plugins.

Now I get the “Briefly unavailable for scheduled maintenance. Check back in a minute.” message all the time, both on the front end and one the Admin side.

What can I do to fix this?
