    Since yesterday (2024/03/17) our students reported several issues in Sensei:

    • lessons became restricted (lock icon appears next to the lesson title)
    • lessons does not load (only a white empty page is shown)

    We are using version 4.21.0. We have no idea how to fix this. Any ideas?

    UPDATE: students who purchased our course after 2014/03/16 are not automatically enrolled to the purchased course. Adding students manually to courses is really time-consuming, how can we go back to the default setting (auto-enrollment after purchase)?

    Hello,

    We have not released a new version of Sensei within the last 2 weeks, so this likely has nothing to do with Sensei. My guess would be that some other update happened on your site that is causing the issue.

    As a first step, I would suggest disabling all plugins except Sensei using?Health Check. Health Check is a tool that can be useful for debugging, though it requires an official default theme like?Twenty Seventeen. On the troubleshooting tab, you can click the button to disable all plugins except Sensei and change the theme for you while you’re logged in to that session?without affecting normal visitors to your site.
