    There is a new notice on the WooCommerce dashboard of my website (running on WordPress 5.5). The headline of that notice reads, “Coupon management has moved!”

    As advised by that notice, I clicked on the blue button labeled, “Remove legacy coupon menu.” That appears to have worked. However, the notice itself is NOT going away. And, there is no x control to dismiss it. I logged out and back in. The notice is still there.

    Please advise. Thanks,

    Hey there @javacafe,

    I was just able to dismiss the notice on two of my sites, so I think it may be related to the WordPress 5.5 update, which can cause unexpected behavior like this.

    If you install this plugin and try dismissing the notice again at WooCommerce → Coupons, I suspect it’ll successfully dismiss the notice.

    Try dismissing the notice from the WooCommerce -> Orders page. I couldn’t dismiss it on several sites either, but was able to do so without a jQuery Migrate plugin by going to the Orders page first and then clicking the button to “Remove legacy coupon menu.”

    Yes, I needed the “Enable jQuery Migrate Helper” to eventually resolve this issue.

    I installed the “Enable jQuery Migrate Helper” plugin, and again clicked to dismiss the notice, but it sell appears.

    EDIT: I was seeing the error in Firefox, which is my preferred browser. I logged into my site using Edge, and still saw the message, but when I clicked to dismiss it, it went away.

    Once it was gone in Edge, it was also gone in Firefox. This was without using the plugin, by the way.

    All good. I’ll make note of this, as this is not the first time I’ve encountered this sort of problem.

    I can confirm that it appears to be a Firefox problem. I switched to Chromium to click on the notice, and the message was cleared in both browsers. Thanks.
