Hi! How can I increase the number of non-working links to delete in Broken Link Checker in the local version?

    Hello @lawwer

Hope you are doing well today.

You can increase the number of items by clicking on-screen options at the top right of the same page and changing the “show on screen links” number, please refer to the screenshot to learn more.

Hello, thanks for the information, but I don’t have this tab. What could be the problem?

    Hi @lawwer

Screen Options is a default WP core feature. If that one is missing, it could be due to another plugin that disabled that. Are you aware of such a plugin on your site with such a feature?

Would you please run a conflict test? Please deactivate all plugins except this one and check if the problem is gone. If so, then enable all plugins one by one and find which one is having a conflict. If there is no positive result, switch to the default WordPress theme like 2019, and see if it works.

Before this test, we recommend full site backup or running this test on the staging site.

    Kind Regards,
    Kris

Hello, disabling plugins and switching to another topic did not solve the problem.
In the post settings, it is possible to determine the number of lines.

    Hello @lawwer

Unfortunately, there are not any other options to change the number of visible items on page, you need to find the issue with screen options and fix that in order to change the visible items on each page.

There are a few potential reasons and corresponding solutions you might consider:

    • User Role and Capabilities, you user may not have full admin access therefore the screen options is not visible to you, you can create a new admin user and login with that to see how the page works.
    • Browser Problems, is some cases your browser cache or extensions cause Javascript conflict and as a result some functionalities in admin pages are not working properly, you should use a different browser to see if it can fix it
    • WordPress Core Problems, in some cases your wp core files are broken that can happen due to a malware or during an update, to fix that you need to reinstall your wp core or update it manually

I hope the suggestion helps you fix this issue.

    Best Regards,
    Amin

Hello. Is it possible to change in the file broken-link-checker/legacy/init.php the number of rows in the ‘link_transfer_page table’?

    Hi @lawwer

I did a deeper check on how the plugin works.

The link_transfer_page is saved at wsblc_options as part of the plugin options, which means you can use the options filter to modify that value https://developer.www.ads-software.com/reference/hooks/option_option/ or edit the PREFIX_options > wsblc_options

But note, that editing the database directly requires a full backup or testing in the Staging website.
