    Hello,

When installing the plugin, the number of reviews was correct. However since its implementation I have received new ones but the number does not update.

I tried to use the variable [reviews_rating review_count] directly but the number of reviews is still not up to date.

On the other hand the new opinions appear correctly.

For information, I have activated daily synchronization.

Do you know why this number of reviews does not update ?

    I thank you in advance,

@rric34 Thanks for getting in touch about this!

I am not completely clear about the issue here – it relates to not seeing your most recent reviews?

If so, I would recommend altering the sorting from Relevance Descending to Date Descending – this way you’ll get all the newest reviews as they come through.

You can restrict the ratings to just 5 or set the review text with min/max values to ensure some consistency if you’re concerned about low ratings or empty text.

Let me know how it goes?

    All the best,

    Noah

Hello and thank you for your answer.

However, I have no problem with posting notices. The new ones are correctly imported.

My problem is the NUMBER of reviews that do not update.

Look at the back office this number is correct with 18: https://prnt.sc/r1pbgb

But in front it remains fixed at 17: https://prnt.sc/r1p9ki

Do you have an idea ?

    thank you for your availability

@rric34 Just a quick one before I check a little more, can you refresh the cache in the Advanced tab?

If that doesn’t have an effect, try your overall cache handling service.

    Thanks,

    Thank you.

I cleared the cache and it works !

So I wonder if I should do it regularly? They do not empty automatically after a certain time?

Wouldn’t it be possible to create if not a cron task which would allow to empty it periodically?

    thanks again

@rric34 That’s ok, no need to do that. I’ll see what I can do to clear out the cache a little more frequently so the new data comes through more consistently here.

Keep your plugin updated and you’ll see improvements.

@rric34 I’ve changed the caching in the plugin to refresh each hour (rather than 24+ hours on occasions). Let me know if you continue to see any similar issues again.
