The One to Use

For years, I’ve tried searching for the right support ticket plugin. I have used a few of them from a limited selection without using an online service–which can be costly.
After trying the ones that I did, the one that stood out for me as the better option was Support Candy. Yes, I started with the free version, but because Rough Pixels provides support to our theme users/customers, I opted in for the paid version with a couple of add-ons. Well worth it, but even the free one does well enough for anyone starting.
There have been times I needed support, and this is often the deal breaker for me if a provider does not follow up. However, hats off to the team at Support Candy for their support–thank you!
