Not sure why that occurred (other than it should be updated to /docs/, but there’s a 301 redirect for that built into the site). Regardless, it’s working as of this moment.

also the info tooltips on the settings page all read “info”

Those are links, not tooltips. They point to relative documentation for the section noted.
